If its a D44 or in the front - my recommendation is to VERY carefully make some sort of a device to pound the stud through from the front side - effectively stripping the few threads that are left on the taper area of the lug nut. What you will most likly have to do is take a tool, I use a air powered cut-off-wheel, but a die grinder would do the same thing except slower; carefully cut through the lug nut-being carefull not to damage the rim(take your time!!! )
