If the recess isn't cleaned and the hex key doesn't fully seat, it's easy to round over. If its stuck you wont be able to re fill the final drive will be to late then you drain all the oil and then no way to fill it up if its stuck in place. This just adds to the problem, and the most popular way of dealing with it seems to be to weld a bit on the end of the bolt, which I am unequipped to do. Worst case, you can fill through the breather plug hole once you pull the breather plug. Mine was in there so tight that I had to remove the caliper and rotor in order to. I'am having the same issue. Well, when I tried to unscrew either of the plugs (started off with the fill), the 10mm doesn't fit. Location: Movin' On.
