Also researched that "sometimes" the front pinion "could" pull out of the xfer case in a lifted scenario to the point that the splines are less than desired engaged on the output shaft. The max from the documentation posted above says no more than 3 or you get conflicting sin waves which result in the vibration. With the 2" blocks and new leafs its like I have 3" lift blocks in now. Also to complicate matters greatly, I realized in the process of measuring my angles that my rear shaft was assembled OUT OF PHASE for some reason (as in, really SUPER bad out.... This does not strike me as coincidental. Another driveline angle question. So it's a bit higher than the ideal of 1 degree difference (due to acceleration forces pointing the pinion up), but not crazy-bad. The question is would the drive shaft ok with the stock 2in blocks, belltech 6400s (also already on) and an add-a-leaf? Seems expensive, but so is fixing the bearing and leak! You can also buy shims.. That should help the slip yoke in the transfer case sit further inward.
