One (1) temporary sign pertaining to the sale or lease of the premises or the construction on the premises and temporary signs, exclusive of window signs, with a sign area no larger in aggregate than ten percent (10%) of the wall area it is viewed with, advertising a temporary business sale, event or promotion, to be displayed for a period not to exceed one (1) month.
