THE GYM IS THE EASY BIT. The So Shape shaker does double up as a water bottle that you can infuse with fruit. This category only includes cookies that ensures basic functionalities and security features of the website. Surprisingly this wasn't the case. I haven't yet so can't speak about that. I put mine with ice as I have enjoyed all of my shakes so much more if they have been chilled. In reality, perfection is simply not required. Transitioning to dialing in my nutrition was not easy. The nice thing is that I can actually use the flavours as snacks because they slot into the open food's! That you will savour. When I picked my meal replacement options, I looked for those with lower carbs since I have been doing carb cycling with Lumen. I am a firm believer in not being obsessed over what the scale says because you can lose inches or gain muscle and this cannot be seen on the scale, but I am definitely feeling less fluffy and my tummy is looking flatter. However, like Helen (her husband has been adding them to his diet to increase his calories and nutritional intake) I can see other applications for So Shape. I personally hate juices with bits, but if you fan of pieces of fruits or chocolate in your drink then is perfect, if you not like me- blender will resolve the problem. I can totally understand this though, I used to be exactly the same and to be honest, its largely due to the way protein supplements are marketed. If you're looking for a way to lose weight relatively quickly but in a healthy way - I would definitely recommend trying out the So Shape shakes! I prepared some carrot sticks to have as an afternoon snack, and this was followed by the rather delicious Choco Mint Ice Cream Smart Meal that I had as a late afternoon snack to tide me over until dinner.
Nonetheless, I did like this meal. That is because every person has different strategies that help them maintain or lose weight. I decided on the Pesto Pasta for lunch, and I was pleased to see that it was actually a pasta dish. Both are bursting with flavour and packed with nutrients with no additives or sweeteners. I still work as a writer and editor, but I'm now also a certified personal trainer. Don't give up the foods you love. But I still decided to give it a go. I'm already thinking about doing the challenge again in the near future as there's some shakes I really want to try. Day 3 already and today has been a bit of a tough one, my Granddad passed away on the 10th October and today we had to go and sort his room at the care home he was residing at.
