I've been busy playing Maisie's idea from Thursday - noughts and crosses but using straws and coins instead of paper and pencils! Sometimes it takes me so long to learn a new song and I get frustrated, but if I just keep going and do lots of slow repetitions I finally get it right - and it feels like a huge achievement! So for Mindful Monday I'm going to put my tablet away and focus on thinking of some words to create my word search. And they're still attached to the earth, unlike twigs and leaves that have fallen off the trees! Well, I think that's a great selection of mindful moments for Mindful Monday. There are so many things to try, and I like to come up with ideas, or find out ideas from others I didn't even think about! Do you like the picture of me reading with my family?
