The MSMA Art for Art's Sake 2022 is presented by MSMA member Gulf Coast Bank & Trust. Art for Art's Sake allows these businesses to shine while also promoting a sense of community throughout the greater New Orleans area by encouraging people to support some of their favorite stores in a night of fun and relaxation. The CAC will also be presenting a pop-up performance by progressive string quartet ETHEL; the grand opening of the newly relocated The Stacks art and design bookstore; an assortment of family-oriented visual arts and theatre workshops; and a large-scale, stop-motion animation event by artists Kira Akerman and Silvie Deutsch as part of the evening's festivities.
