I decided on the Pesto Pasta for lunch, and I was pleased to see that it was actually a pasta dish. I love that the meals are vegetarian with no genetically engineered ingredients!
In my "before" picture, I was working out five to six times per week. Leo, the pup and I went out for a stroll around 10am and started to feel the arrival of Storm Brian as the winds started to pick up! If I had 3 shakes a day it would only come up to about 900 calories a day. Remove which is for 14 days (I decided this was a fair one to do). With the traditional meal, especially after beef, I would look a bit pregnant like ( because of the petite shape of my body along with IBS) after each so shape shake, I have none of these. The shaker itself can turn into a water bottle with a special fruit insert, which is amazing as you don't want to end up with too many bottles in your home. I found the Strawberry tart one to be a bit synthetic. So Shape invited me to take on their 28 Day Reborn Challenge, so as I'm a vegetarian who doesn't always get enough nutrients and has gained weight since starting university, I accepted the challenged. These are not your complete meal replacements, so still, you would need your standard protein and another nutrition intake. When it comes to workouts, more isn't always better. Alongside the meals I also received a shaker which I used to measure the correct amount of water required per shake or meal. Every time I have lost weight, I have moved more.
I do have to point out that I worked out six times in this time period.
