As per my post above, Tweaknews is still the best backup for DMCA targeted stuff. Others in this thread have been happy with that combo. It only takes a long time the first time. Lately i haven't had huge issues with completion, and I use torrents + VPN if usenet doesn't deliver, which is rare. It's called DMCA and has nothing to do with retention. The price per month gets even better! Spend you money on a decent VPN and opt for torrents instead. Quite simply the best provider I've tried and I've tried pretty much all of them.
