Could be a few things. I do agree that all is not lost for anubiscougar and that with some fine tuning me might get the hood to fit to his liking. If that hood says GM I would be pissed but IT DOESNT. Fiberglass IS known for warping so how do you expect every hood to be perfect. If you have a STB, might want to take that off and see if it helps. He has also traded in the RA2 for a 1. I mean, you can't slap a fender on and expect it to be perfect either.
