Frances M. Kelly passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville. She rode horses and her love for animals continued all her life. Fran was also a hard and dedicated worker. The family will receive friends from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Thursday, May 23, 2019 at Hartsell Funeral Home's Chapel in Harrisburg.
